Our goal is to make sure you're completely satisfied with your purchase. If your order doesn’t meet your expectations, you may request a return under the following conditions:

Accepted Returns
We accept returns only in the following cases:

  • You received an incorrect item (wrong model, size, or color).

  • The product arrived damaged or with visible manufacturing defects.

  • The order is incomplete (missing items or components).

To be eligible for a return:

  • You must contact us within 2 days of receiving your package.

  • You must include clear photos of the product and original packaging.

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and unaltered.

Once approved, you may choose:

  • A partial or full refund.

  • A free replacement, subject to availability.

Returns Not Accepted
We do not accept returns in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind and the product has no issues.

  • More than 7 days have passed since delivery.

  • The item was customized or made to order.

  • The item has been used or altered.

In voluntary returns (customer’s decision), return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refund Timeline
Once your return is approved:

  • We will process your request within 2–3 business days.

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method or as store credit, depending on the case.
